Pulseras/ Bracelets

Hola navegantes.
Este verano he estado de viaje y cuando volví traje algunos souvenirs que me entusiasmaron.
En la imagen se pueden ver algunos cuartos de tela y cuentas o abalorios para poder hacer pulseras.
Encontré las telas oscuras en una pequeña tienda donde venden productos japoneses Roppongi
Y para poder pasear con colores veraniegos me he hecho varias pulseras que luciré durante el mes de Septiembre.
Ah! No he comentado la ciudad que visitamos, pero viendo las cuentas amarillas y azules creo que lo adivinareis.

Hello sailors
This summer I travelled to another country during my holidays and when I came back I carried some souvenirs that excited me.
In the picture you can see cute square fabrics for crafting projects, and beads to make some bracelets.
I found these dark fabrics in a little shop  that sells japanese products.
And for going out with summery colours I have done bracelets that I will wear during September.
Ah! I haven't told you which is the city that we visited, but I believe that if you watch carefully the yellow and blue beads you'll guess.

Funda de móvil/ Mobile case

Hola navegantes.
Este verano mi pareja y yo nos hemos hecho con nuevos móviles. Una de las múltiples excusas fue poder acceder a internet desde nuestro teléfono, lo cual hace que todo sea más fácil.
En el pasado yo hice una funda de Ipod y he de reconocer que salió muy bien.
Elegí una funda de la que pudiera sacar el móvil lo más rápidamente posible.
Y volví a mi "Libreta de ideas" que utilizaba en el pasado antes de decidirme a tener un blog. En la libreta encontré la explicación de cómo hice la funda del Ipod.
Mientras estaba leyendo la explicación me acordé de que la tuve que repetir varias veces hasta que quedó bien.
Advertencias: Tened en cuenta si hacéis dobladillo. También tened en cuenta que al poner la guata se achica un poco  por lo que hay que aumentar el tamaño de la funda.
Cosas que no me atraen del resultado final: En una funda puse dos elásticos, es bonito, pero reconozco que no es muy práctico. En la otra funda puse un elástico ancho, pero no lo puse centrado, sino hacia un lateral, pues evitadlo si podéis, no queda tan bien como parece.

This summer my partner and I bought new mobiles. One of the most common excuses for doing so was to have internet on the move, this makes life pretty easier.
In the past I made an Ipod case, and I can recognise that in the end it turned out very well.
I chose to make a simple case.  The idea was to take out my mobile as quickly as possible.
And I came back to my Ideas' booknote that I used in the past before I had my blog. And there I found the explanation about how I did the case.
While I was reading the explanation I remembered repeating the case several times because I wasn't satisfied with the final result.
I would like to give you some warnings: If you sew a hem you will need more centimeters, and even if you add padding you should take into account the centimeters.
There are a few things that I don't like about the outcome, for example in my case I sewed two elastic bands. Although I think it is cool, however it isn't very useful. Otherwise, I sewed my husband´s case with a bigger elastic band but nearest to the left side, therefore the case stretches more in one side than in the other one. So if I were you I would sew in the middle.
